Is this a good way to protect my account from my own invalid impression?

    Hello,

    I've blocked adsense ads by internet explorer by restricated sites to protect my account from invalid impression. Is this good?

    Well I usually use ABP (Adblock Plus) Which is Firefox Plugin to do that . Its a nice idea to do that as it even helps from clicks . Some times you may accidentally click it which may lead to problems
