    Pretty alright but how are you going to recover the money you spend? Are you sure your site is going to make money soon or else you will suffer losses.

    Also one thing to think about is disk io, if you start to get large - your hard drive might not be able to keep up, just something to think about - it won't happen for a while.

    once you get the visitors, make money isnt that hard on a file hosting site.

    Hmm...pretty alright but 90% file hosts fail to make money to cover server costs... :(
