So I have saved up some paypal money for a new computer for myself. I called the computer store down the road, and they offered me a trade-in. (my current computer has 1.0 GHZ)
They offered me a 2.0 GHZ possessor, plus an extra 512 MB RAM card (which would bump me up to 1GB) and there price - $200.

what do you guys think? good deal? btw, yes, I know I can get a way better offer on ebay, but im not going to ebay. rather buy it here.

Personally i'd save up more and buy a nice new computer, it'll last you much longer.
I just got a quad-core (2.2GHz x 4, 4Gb RAM, 2 x 512Gb graphics cards, 320Gb HD, etc) for the equivelent of $1100 so i'm sure you can get a similar deal if you save up some more.

That would take forever just saving from paypal (and I am not spending my own money.) so I dont think that thats an option.

A 2GHz processor with 1Gb RAM might last you a year (unless you only use low useage programs), which is the main reason i'd recomend getting a better computer, one that has the potential to last much longer.
