Is this a good low competitive keyword to target?

I am trying to get my confidence back by targeting really low comp long tail keywords and getting them ranked high. This one gets 1000 exact searches a month 74 intitle results and 71 inanchor results on google. However normal search in google shows 190 000 000 million results with wikipedia at the top however nothing on the first page has the full long tail keyword in it so is this low comp?

The 190M results would purely be broad matches for the long tail keyword (which is normal for long tail keywords).
If you have market samurai it would be worth checking it in there as well, just to see the exact competition, otherwise I would say go for it.
If you did want to check it in market samurai, feel free to PM with the keyword and Ill give you the competition stats from Market Samurai.

Agree.., I think its too much competition. For new blog or sites, try using more spesific niche and use keyword with low competity

This is not a low competitive keywords. Use another keyword with low competition so that you can easily rank well.

you should target mix keywords, some with low and some with high competition.
