Is This A Good Google Search Rank?

Hello everybody. I was looking at my keyword analyzer today for my proxy site and I found out I had 2-3 people coming from Google from the following search term -

"how to unblock a blocked page"

So I went and searched Google and found my site #2 out of 510,000. Is this a good rank? I am not sure because my site has only been running for around a week.

i dont think many people searches for those exact terms. but free traffic is free traffic

 

Number 2 out of half a million ain't bad at all! Now go for number one!

 

That's a great result for a long tail keyword , hey it isn't a highly searched keywords but is still searched so will bring in traffic over time

 

Did you do a research on overture? Do people search for that keyword?

I think its a good thing People are going for long tail keywords nowadays.

 

It is certainly a start !

 

I have a ton of random long tail keyword searches coming into my blog every day, often completely unrelated to anything I write about. For example, I write a post about databases and people come to it with search terms like "how to make freebase" (cocaine) .Regardless, the random keywords really add up, occasionally account for up to 20% of all traffic.

 

it's a start that's important

 

It's a great rank for that phrase, but I don't think any people would search for that term
