IS this a good forum for questions from a website programming beginner?

    Im building a website, I know a little html, and I'm trying to add a database and I want to add a part so users can login. But I'm encountering problems just because I'm learning as I go.
    Is this a good web forum a beginner like me can go to and ask these basic questions ?
    If not can you recommend one?

    If you want a good website for learning HTML google w3schools. I think this forum is more for web advertising and SEO etc...
