Is this a good example of keyword stuffing?

So I was surfing EzineArticles for content, and followed this link. I had a hard time reading it since it was so repetitive. Would this be an example of keyword stuffing.

The densities for KW's and phrases are only 2-3% all though it reads badly as you say!

 

ahh didn't think to do a tool to actually see the density. I guess the words ADD and ADHD just really stick out like a sore thumb.

 

i wouldnt really call that keyword stuffing, but the pages is definately heavily optimised.

 

I have a great little plugin for fire fox where I just Highlight the text, right click and it give me the data, Title, Body, Links, H1 etc, Meta, header cant remember where I got it though
