Can anyone give me any advice about whether this is a good disclaimer for my site: Circuitz4u.com

I am a circuit designer and I need to protect myself from getting sued.

The disclaimer sounds ok, but understand that there is no disclaimer that is guaranteed to prevent you from getting sued. You can also be held liable if you infringe upon a copyright - even if you "didn't know". If you are really concerned about liability, a disclaimer should really be reviewed by a local attorney and you should look into forming a legal entity, such as an LLC or corporation.

I have also seen disclaimers that include something to the effect that in the case where liability is assigned by a court of law to you, the buyer agrees that damages will be capped at the total price that he paid you for the work or product. As mentioned previously, nothing can guarantee that you will not be sued nor what you may be required to pay in compensation, but it never hurts to have the contract language on your side as much as possible.
