At that price is 100% a scam...or better you will not see any results. Real SEO services which bring results are no cheap/

in my opinion, 89$ for seo is not a good deal. i'm sure that you can find companies whose say they will make seo for you. i'm not sure that you can get success with 89$ i also suggest you to look dp services forum to check the prices
