All i know Google can easily track you if you have done something unethical in your ad sense. So just mind bringing traffic to your site. ;P

Simply visit those niche forums related to your adsense site, or a general forum with that niche category. Most forums allows you to share a link, it depends on how you do it. Social bookmarking is one quick traffic source, there are many social bookmarking platform around. Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, Digg, Reddit, many many more... Have an account for each of them, create a new account if you don't want to use your personal account.
