Hello I need suggestion regarding this, This website want to advertise in my website, but I'm confused if I will accept it because afaik advertising gambling website is against Adsense TOS.

no i don't think its a gambling website because no money is going and coming out of the website

The first thing I see is a Bodog banner which directs the visitor to an online poker room. I would say it is in fact a gambling related website. Perhaps get verification from Google?
