Is this a flaw with Google?

    Hi all,
I'm a bit disappointed with the Adsense system. My account was recently closed due to 'fraudulent click', which I know nothing about. What my concern is that I cannot use that same e-mail address to open a new account, even if it wasn't my fault. Does this mean my e-mail is on a blacklist or will it be restored later?

I wouldn't call it a flaw. If they close an account, they do mean for it to stay closed. What would be the point in doing otherwise? AdSense needs to benefit the advertiser more than it benefits you. If something made Google suspect fraud enough to close your account they are not going to make it easy to get back in.

Your email address is not the only thing that's black listed. You'll now have to get a new name, new address and a new domain if u were to get another adsense account. Preferably use a different system computer outside your network while registering. Make sure you give a new address even while you register for a new domain.
    I guess this should work...

There has to be a better solution to this though... also if someone brought down this site by continually clicking does that mean they couldn't then reapply.

This the best solution so far. They bring down adsense account to protect their advertiser becoz if they dont do so they may loss the battle. Once your account is ban you cannot reapply.

Why not just petition an e-mail concerning the problem and the lack of your involvment to Google?

    That sounds odd.

You don't have ANY idea why this happened?

Awhile ago I was discussing about possible "accidental frag", guess my theory was right after all...
