    The sites you listed appear to be word press... all I did is I added /wp-admin to the end of the URL - and got a wordpress login screen... hope this helps!

    the first is wordpress based, the second one is probably not CMS based.

    The first one,as said before, is wordpress.

    The second one doesn't have anything that gives it's software away. It might be custom made.
