Nope, Google does not consider this a valid backlink. It is using a URL proxy like myspace does to pass on non-site links.

Yes, that is a true backlink. The one in figure one of your post will provide no SEO value, but may provide traffic from that site.

You want "relevant" backlinks, this would mean from other software download\archive websites.

Incorrect, they would provide some weight SEO wise. You get more value\weight from related quality websites. I don't see how funny videos or porn is related to downloading software\programs, and neither will GoogleBot.
