most of the blogs are using nofollow to prevent spam. it's possible that the blog that you have made comment has nofollow in their links. because of this google will ignore your link on that blog
some blogs doesnt use nofollow attribute which is a plus point for SEO but only until the site gets nice non-spam comments or else the admin will convert it to nofollow.... so better we all try to give nice useful comments.... Also, just having the text www.domain.com is not a backlink. The www.domain.com must be a clickable link in order for it to be counted as a backlink.
