Is this a adsense TOS violation

I saw a banner in
lbsce.net/yabbs/index.php

saying 'Please click on the Google Ads daily once' & 'Win Digital Camera & PDA. Login and check Win..Win'

is it a violation?

 

Of course it is!
Those guys should get banned!

All I see in huge letters is:

You know I am thinking they should give rewards Just kidding. Actually I am just glad that these scammers are getting found out and put out of business for now.

 

Finally I got a news from one of my friend that, that guys adsense a/c is banned.. (my message to him went in vain).

 

I just can't fathom how so many people can be so stupid. To me, it's obvious that you can't scream out in bold to click my ads.

I wonder how many sites get reported to Google on a daily basis.

 

I bet alot and I also bet there are alot that are yet to be found out yet.

Just a thought, if google searches for people that request clicks there is now a very offending phrase on this thread (twice). I suppose they might take the time to read the thread to see why it was written, However....
