many warez uploaders and webmaster out there include warez bb...some were may be located in US and EU and some from other country..is they have chance to cought?if yes what happen to them...jail or fine or nothing... is they take this serious..... thos question is for who are located their server offshore.
Even though some have there servers in offshore places the copyright people are still finding ways to get them, thepiratebay for instants are in court even though there lawyers cant find anything that they are doing wrong they are in court and might be going to jail.
