Is there such tag plugin ?

Hi friends. Is there any tag plugin which getting the tags only from the Thread? For example my Thread is "How to use Wordpress". I want tags are auto and in this way;

"how,to,use,wordpress"

Is it possible?

Probably not. Any plug in you use is likely to function separately of your theme.
You will need to read the specs and decide which one is best for you.
