About 2 years ago, TV show sites were a big hit among webmasters with CPAlead on them (form of ad where the visitor has to fill a short survey to see the TV show episode, making around $1 for the webmaster), because they generated easy revenue stream (easy promotion using Sidereel which brought visitors within hours). Even before that, such sites would use ZangoCash (even more aggressive advertising method, which forces user to download adware toolbar to his PC). My question as webmaster to webmaster is, is there still money in such sites, now that CPAlead doesn't accept them and Sidereel doesn't accept sites with CPA gateways or downloadable adware/spyware? Are there any new monetization methods or companies that work well for these sites? Or maybe new promotion methods (except Sidereel and similar sites)?
