I would like to hear from you pro's here about whats wrong with my site.
I have submitted my site www.indiabroadband.net twice in the last one year and still not listed. Can you check out my site and see what exactly is not up to the mark or what I can do to get it up to dmoz standard?

I would highly appreciate your comments on this.

I don't see anything inherently wrong with the site but it is in a market sector that is very oversubscribed, i.e. you have a lot of competition, prone to spam, and not an area most editors would be interested in reviewing sites in. I would guess it is in an extremely long queue. And a resubmission overwrites an existing one so if the editor reviews in date submitted order your second submission sent you to the end of the line. On average one new site will be added to each category every 4 years. Gives you a rough idea of the wait. Just keep building and promoting the site, and maybe an editor will spot it by some other route and simply add it.

Don't waste you time or energy worrying about dmoz. You have submitted it so forget about it. You may or may not get listed in this lifetime. They are years behind in reviewing sites and don't appear to be to concerned about it.

The same old story again I think lot of webmasters are suffering at the Hands of Dmoz and editors

Recently some days back www.v7n.com/forums was removed from Dmoz

What a good site was V7n

Not sure how you came to that conclusion. Editors add net about 20000 sites a month, there are well over a million waiting for review. Do the sums as to how long on average the wait for a review is. Webmasters are suffering at the hands of spammers who flood DMOZ with crap morning, noon, and night. Then again DMOZ never ever claimed to offer a service to webmasters so they can't suffer by not receiving something never offered and for which they haven't paid. Fortunately the PR effect of a listing is minimal and easily covered by good quality backlinks from elsewhere.
