Is there something wrong with Adbrite?

I'm having like 20,000 unique visitors and 80k-100k+ pageviews in 24hours. I have all three banners on all pages. One of my blogs has 8k entries on it. But my adbrite earning is just like $1.5 a day. Should I earn more from them with my decent traffic? I don't have the full page ads enabled. Just the banners and inline ads. Is this normal? Will I earn more with the full page ads? I can't go adsense with this blog because it violates google's TOS. Thanks in advance...

$1.5 for 20.000 uniques is ridiculous, but you can't get significantly more on adbrite. i managed to get my earnings to about $10-15 for 30.000 uniques, but that took months of tweaking. i would never do that again.

leave adbrite while you can (i.e. while you haven't yet invested too much time in trying to improve your earnings). there's plenty of things wrong with it, mostly their ridiculous payment schedule and -methods.

my advice is: cut out the middleman and find a suitable partner to sell clicks to directly.

just find a site that fits your content and is willing to pay for the kind of traffic you can deliver. make contact, negotiate a rate and work out a way to track the clicks. you'll have to put in some time/money, but then researching and testing all these different ad programs here is a lot of work too..

Been trying Adbrite for over a year with very little results. Tried full page ads, banners etc etc and whilst I am getting very cheap impressions through site targetting, the results are not very good. However the outlay is so small that I just keep the ads running in the hope of a few sales eventually.

Are there any ways I could sell links and set my own price? I don't know how to do it on my adbrite's dashboard. Thanks..

You should try Full Page Ads with Adbrite immediately to increase your earnings per impressions.

I'll try the full page ads, hope it won't annoy the visitors. I'll try the full page ads for a week. :)

I have adbrite too, the pay is too low. It's been a year and I have only $45 in my account which is bad, while I have already receive more than $1K from google. So if you get google, forget about adbrite.

The full page is annoying. Adbrite sometimes load very super slow that litterally freeze my site. So I do not give adbrite good rating there.
