    as far as i know, no... Pretty much anything is possible, regardless of what your using. Some may just may be a little slower or a little harder to code.

    yes, anything is possible using asp and php. Because both have a wide number of controls and classes available to perform almost anything.

    I don't think so .
    There are just language difference.
    Any function can be realized by different (server side) languages .
    It is just like you can say "hello, world" in 100 different languages.
