Is there software out there to make duplicate content look unique?

The information on my website is 95% duplicate content which I have permission from the author to post, with the stipulation that I link back to them. It's basically a messageboard where I post studies, recipes and articles relating to obesity, and then I link back to the source of the information.

I know I'm probably losing out on getting pages indexed/recognized on the search engines, so is there a way to make the studies, articles, and recipes I post look unique to the search engines?

I'm familiar with article bot, but someone mentioned it comes with a ton of spyware. Then there's traffic equalizer? I'm not sure if that's a good route to go.

    Any suggestions?

If you search around you can find some - not sure how effective they are.

How would it make an article look unique to SEs?
Would it rewrite the articles based on the words (eg. turn "nice" in to "lovely").

I just thought you could find a common word in an article, think of a word to substitute it and then do find and replace and repeat for about 8 different words in the article...

i think you have to work hard to get the duplicate content into a lively content by changing the different phrases but not loosing the meaning of the content.
So i dont think there is a software but human-ware is present and i.e. ur brain..

No machine can turn a duplicate content unique.

Maybe you'd like to insert lorem ipsum?

How about setting your sites charset to utf-8 (unicode) and replacing all english letter "a"s to cyrillic letter "a"s
