Does anyone know is there some similar plugin to this one? http://wpsyndicator.com/

This plugin is called WP syndicator like you can read in url and automatically syndicates your new posts to 15 other sites creating backlinks..

I wanted to know is there something similar but free to use?

I know nothing about this plugin, but it wasn't that hard to find Related Posts Thumbnails. It has been downloaded quite a bit and has solid 5-star rating.

There may be more to your liking by searching the Plugin Directory at WordPress.

That plugin in may be pretty darn good. The support is there too, so can't beat that!

The only thing I would suggest is to ignore the aesthetics and concentrate on the "relatedness". Aesthetics can be overcome with CSS. Relatedness is a algorithmic issue in the underlying code. The old saying "beauty only goes skin deep" applies here.
