If you had two different accounts and targeting the same keywords but ads linking to different landing pages, that would be how to do it. Indeed, the only way to do it. However, that is against the policies. You are allowed only one account.

If you are sure a competitor has two accounts and "double serving", why don't you report them.

To me, having more than one account to advertise the same product doesn't make sense. Seems it just doubles your cost per sale. If a searcher clicked on both your ads, and chances are they will, even if they buy from either site, you just wasted click costs for the second ad without making a sale.

I mean, you can run 2 campaigns with the same landing pages on the same keywords if you wanted too. Just created 2 identical campaigns and that should work? (im not sure really)

Why not just make new ads and run them against eachother? It's so much easier.

There comes a point - and it's always sooner rather than later - when it's less time, effort and money, to just do things well and properly rather than run yourself ragged trying to game the system.

    > Just created 2 identical campaigns and that should work?

No. That doesn't work. Google allows only one ad to be served at a time per account.

    > how is it possible for same keywords two ads with two different landing pages?

Because ads are delivered from different accounts.

    > one is (advertising)doing my self and other will do third party (affiliates) do PPC for same keyword is it possible?

Yes, if you can open separate accounts. But don't follow others just because they do it. Be a leader.

    > Why not just make new ads and run them against each other? It's so much easier.

Agree. Impressions will be split between the two. Magda said it best.

A few months back I was reading AdWords policies regarding this. Unless they changed them this is how it went. In some cases they allow two separate accounts created by the same individual, provided that the websites do not look identical and provide independent of each other service to the customers.

I do not know if it's a practice that everyone can be a part of, but the best way is to contact them directly and work something out.
