Is there hosting that allowing spam without suspend my account on spam or anything else that might suspend my account ?

yeah , but its sometimes is suspended when you send to Google Groups which users is already registered and approve to get emails ..

i got suspended cuz of google groups messages. which its should not be spam.

 

Make sure you have your mailing list approved from your server admin or hosting company.
That may be the end to all that as long as all the emails are subscribers and opt in.

 

well, yeah its approved from Google groups which i already got lot of emails and other people send lot of email with the site they have and sites still standing there nothing happen !

 

yes, well i wasn't mean to spam really i was mean to link the site to Google Groups not sending emails with Google.

 

IF its not spam, then you should have no trouble getting a low spec dedi to handle the requests.
You can get a P4 1.4ghz + 40gb HD for around $25 these days.

 

Any serious web host will kick you out when you spam, sorry. But you can try a chinese server.

low cost and allow spam do not match.
You may wish to consider finding offshore servers but even they may be against spam.

may I know why you wouldn't want to send through google group?
also putting subscribers from g-group to your own mailing lsit and sending unrelated emails violate g's term.

 

No, i don't send spam , its just suspended from current server.

So , i try to find someone that may not suspended me.

 

Actually it is not illegal.. It is just frowned upon by our industry and the public as a whole.. The majority of people do not do it, nor do they like it.. Is it wrong and annoying, yes.. Illegal? No. At least I have not seen a piece of legislation or law that says it is.

BTW, the Can Spam Act does not make spamming illegal.. What it does is says that if you are gonna spam, you need to label your message as such and maintain an opt-out system and note in the message...
