Is there good automatic 2-way link exchange ?

    Hello ,
    Is there good automatic 2-way link exchage similar with http://www.linkexchangetool.com/ . I am very happy with this tool when i must make a quick start with a website.

    Why not just go for one way links? like permanent links

    I understand your question, but as i mentioned , sometimes i need quick start, one way links and submitting to quality directories sometimes takes up to 3 months for approval.
