is there ftp client to use for synchronize between ftp and local files ?

is there ftp client to use for synchronize between ftp and local files ?

and show me changed files even local or server files changed ?

I have tried many ftp client but i do not find this features on any of the clients and not sure which other clients have such working features i have searched the internet but fail to find the working one, as some info written on the software but it dose not have it like it said..

Anyway, If you have experience with this please let me know if you try and working with you
