I am entertaining the sale of tbirdforum.com, I started this site in early 2000 and its developed on its own naturally since them. Perhaps the new owner would think differently of how to monetize it. Just this last weekend I spent the time to update it to vbulletin 3.6.4 and then put the vbenhanced portal on it. So I think it has a much better look and feel now. I'll need to keep a few email address from the site until I can transition them to something else. So I don't have a value for this entity but I can tell you that I made $3600 a few months ago from some azoogle ads that I emailed the membership on a free hdtv giveaway. I hate to let this go but I have 75 other sites that I am deciding what to do with so I'm starting someplace. What could one expect to get for a site like this.....
Well, the site is 7 years old and only has : Members: 2,950 Threads: 2,355 Posts: 7,995 Thats really low numbers for a forum that old. On my forum that is less than a year old that is car related i have 27902 posts. Your site is only worth what someone else is willing to pay. However leapfish had it listed at 25k
you will get some value if you promote it and get some more members optimize the website well , i am sure it could top the search engines old is gold so make the most of it
