Is there content websites accepting international writers?

    I am an experienced writer from India. Can any one tell me websites which pay upfront to international writers for submitting articles?

    You might as well sell the articles at Dailyarticle.com. You have to give away the rights to the articles, and can charge your own selling price.

    As far as I know you can be paid upfront by stating this condition in your website or promotional advertising but getting a website that pays upfront is rather hard.
