    Is there by any means one can see the inbound link in google like we can see in yahoo explorer?
    Is any other site that counts the inbound links to your website?

    There are lots of other back link checkers out there.

    Nothing from Google though.

    Site:URLof the site
    this show the whole inbound link into your site.

    You can type site: your-website.com in Google and it will show the no of backlinks your website have.
