i speculate if Bing penalizes for using blog platform like wordpress as your CMS. I rank top three on Google, but am page three on Bing.

    1. Bing has penalty system.
    2. I know it for sure because several days ago all the pages of my site dropped from Bing index. All. And an amount of visitors dropped from several K per day to several hundreds.
    3. So it's stupid to guess that Bing does not have penalties if you have no any experience concerning this topic. I haven't solved this problem yet and I would greatly appreciate any useful advice.

Why not buddy? All SEO are developed for single purpose so Google and Bing have much similarities.

    HELLO
I have heard about different kinds of Penalties that Google have: but never heard about any penalty that Bing/Live has. I think if a site is doing something wrong and Bing detects it, then Bing will simply remove that site from SERPs. It can be called a penalty: I think all SEO will remove a site from SERPs if that site violates search engine's guidelines

No there are the different way of Bing and Google as a search engine and they have different technique to give penalty. So Bing penalty is not similar to Google.
