Is there anyway to tell what your PR will be the next update?

I have Say It Aloud and one of our programming guys was working on some indexing of different articles when the big G crawled us and gave us a PR 0. Partially because we didn't have any back links (hello site was new) and we had 33 pages they indexed that had nothing on them. We have since fixed those problems and have a little over 700 quality back links (of course I'm not stopping until we break the 10k mark) and have been able to get the site into Alexa's top 50k on a pretty regular basis over the last few weeks. Slipped a little the last few days, but mostly because i have been working my tail off to get sponsors (catch 22).

My question, is there any other site out there that can in better time give me an idea of what my PR will, or may be when the next indexing hits?

There's no reliable way to predict what your PageRank will be. Keep in mind that the PageRank score shown in the Google Toolbar is taken from a publicly-available database that is only updated periodically, whereas Google's internal PageRank database (which is what they actually use for rankings) is updated continuously as they crawl the web. So the benefits of your link-building are largely already being reflected in the search results.

The best course is to simply keep on building links from other well-ranked websites whose main topic is related to yours. As far as PageRank is concerned, it's best to keep an eye on it for major changes rather than being overly concerned about the number shown. Since you're currently at 0, it sounds like you should expect a good bump at the next update. Take that as a base for reading changes over time. You may not see another big bump at subsequent updates since the Toolbar PageRank scale is logarithmic and Google is now routinely recalibrating the Toolbar PageRank system to account for the ever-growing size of the Web. Single point moves up are good signs, and multi-point moves up are even better. But single point moves down are more likely to be a sign of little or no real change due to those re-calibrations. It's the major moves down to 0 or graybar that are signs of possible problems. That's the extent of how I'd suggest you view the Toolbar PageRank display.

there are lot of sites which will claim that they will give you your accurate pr for the next update but I'm sure that you will just be disappointed when pr updates really begins.

I don't think that there is any website which can actually tell you your future PR accurately.
The PR of ur page keeps changing all the time.. Google just makes its public only once in 3-4 months.

    Right on!

Expecting certain PR will only set you up for disappointment.

You can also do a lot for your own PR with intelligent internal linking.

Seem a bit hard this one. The best way to increase yr pr is too keep working on getting more back links and abide by google rules.

Just a bit of advice as some predecessors already said: don't rely on the predictions. The only one with access to Google's PR database is Google. The prediction services usually make their comment based on a backlink query at Yahoo (max 1000) and the PR of those pages.

And... consider that even if you do get backlinks with PR n, you might still get a PR penalty and end up at n-x (x>=1).

Careful, google will penalize if you build too many links too fast.

    Do not worry about PR.
Just check the SERP....and then keep working hard.
