    I have the new Forum and I don't want to back up the Posts, ...
    The only I want to back up is my members.
    Is it possible to back up my members only?

    Just do a backup of the tables for users. I don't know what they are however, but I'm pretty sure you can pull this off.

    Maybe they have an importer already that can do the job?
