Hi there - just trying to find out if it is possible to access my website via an IP address instead of the domain name?

    http://www.photosales.co.nz

    Thanks

He is obviously using a shared account on a server and not a VPS or dedicated. If it was dedicated or VPS then all he would have to do is to enter the IP of the server.

Generally you need to provide a valid reason for dedicated ips, like for nameservers, ssl, or anonymous ftp. This is an ICANN requirement.
