Not in Webmaster Tools. You should sign up for Analytics for that.

Analytics is a fantastic tool. My only wish is that the data would update in real-time - say every half an hour - like Adsense stats.

It does update. I don't know about every hour, but if you change the beginning and end date to today's date, it shows stats.

Google analytics is what you need here, you can track visitors by the time, how long they spend on your site, number of pages they visit, where there server is based, where they are etc

    loads of excellent info.

    Oh my,
and what about a simple php script that writes all the data down ?
You can trace immediately all visitors, bots etc.
Actually, I use both analytics and some handmade scripts.

I am sure, that it can be worked out one way or another.

Take a look around the Google Analytic's Control Panel.

I am sure that "Hourly" is there somewhere mate.

    Best Wishes,

Hmm, I recommend sending an email to Google Asking, and if not; then recommend the feature.

Although, I believe it can be seen under reports.
