Is this a must that I add content of same nature in a single website? Can I add content of different types if I want to use adsense in my site? Is there any limitations there? Say, can my site accommodate articles from five different field? (ie, earning money, religion, politics, technology, tourism and so forth). My second question is : What is unique content? If a sentence from any of my article matches word by word with a content of some other site, then will my article loose its unique status? Will google ban my account?
Hello, It's usually best to keep different things apart, unless your website is an article directory, or a directory of any kind. When thinking about adsense and sites running adsense, google usually has a very clear idea about what a site is about, and adding a different topic page to that site, might cause it to display ads with the main topic of your website instead of ads based on the content of that page. About what is unique content ... well you can run a search on google for: "duplicate content checker" and just pick one that suits you best. I haven't tried any so I can't comment on that. However, if your content passes a decent checker, then it should be good enough not to trigger any filters or add any penalties to your website. However, if you want to write articles for your website, i'd say write them yourself, learn to write, it's always better than using or tunning some articles from somewhere else.
There's nothing wrong to add contents on various topics but I doubt it will help towards earning from adsense since it is no longer a niche website. I feel it's much better to put focus into something rather than going for broad range of subjects. Talking about unique content, so far I haven't seen accounts getting banned before but I doubt, the site will score good ranking. Don't worry about the word to word matching because there's always a chance it is bound to happen to any phrase. However, if the whole content is exactly matching, then this is different case.
