Is there anything that can be done about Digg/Stumble?

Is there anything that can be done about Digg/Stumble? I went through the Freebie section and found most of the section dominated by DIGG/Stumble exchanges. I find this in excess and understandable at the same time. Really what is the point of having a freebie section when its dominated by exchanges of sorts.

But is there anyway to minimize this issue or create a seperate section? I know it has been discussed in previous posts/threads. But really, should it really dominate the freebie section?

Just curious to see what the mods would enlighten me on or what other members would say. Maybe there is something I missed or did not read on dominance of a particular item/product/exchange.
