    I know adsense sends you checks, but i was wondering, could I have it sent to paypal instead?

    They don't have that Paypal option yet, so it's a no.
    but you can have it sent to your bank account.

    Google will never pay via Paypal.
    They have their own "paypal" it's called Google Checkout. Maybe some day they will use it.
    Checks and / or EFT are working quite well though...

    No, it cannot be sent to paypal, and i dont think they will ever pay with paypal, as its not that secure and lots of problems.
