I have a website that works based in a multi-user community...but nobody was interested using it...
Is there any way such site can be revived? (it already started dead and remained dead :D)

I feel your pain brother. Community sites are fickle, you've got to have traffic to make them work, but finding users is hard. And no one wants to participate on a dead site.

You might have to resort to paying people to participate at least for a short while.

I would recommend you to re-positioning of your community website. I assume your site was positioned to be everythings for everyone topics. This could be good if you are the first 5 in the market. However, there are plenty of general community websites and they are all the same. You have to kick yourself out of there and being "Specific".

Example - You may consider to re-position them to be a community of baseball lovers, or lesbian only. lol
