You can do a request via google webmaster tools, under tools, you'll find remove url's. There is an explanation, you'll probably have to block them using robots.txt, and use remove option. It may take some time.

Yes. This is the only way to remove links from google index. Go to google Webmasters tools and there in options you will find a section of REMOVE URL's. Add your request of your desired url to remove from google. It will be crawled by google and in 24 to 48 hours the url's would be removed.
If you need more help you can ask.

The best or current way is to setup a Webmaster Tools Account for your web site. After you have verified your ownership, you can use the URL Removal tool to eliminate the pages. You can delete directories or pages and it take ~ 3 days.

Yes.. Try Remove URL's in Google Webmasters. Moreover try to exclude all those links that arn't working from your Sitemap.xml and resubmit your sitemap as well.

Sure, Webmaster Tools is the only way to remove your URL. otherwise, wait for google crawl your site, and remove for 404 pages

You can use your .htaccess file and your robots.txt. Eventually these url will drop off the face of the earth.

I changed both files about 2 1/2 weeks ago and I have one duplicate file left.

here is what is there on the link u posted

    >>Note that because we have to crawl your page in order to see the noindex meta tag, there's a small chance that Googlebot won't see and respect the noindex meta tag. If your page is still appearing in results, it's probably because we haven't crawled your site since you added the tag. (Also, if you've used your robots.txt file to block this page, we won't be able to see the tag either.)<<

As i already mentioned that i can block the urls only with robots.txt file and can't add no index tag on that pages

And to all those who are saying webmaster tools i already used that but it dont helped me bcoz it removed whole directory and i want many links in that directory to be removed.

Verify your "sitemap.xml" file and if exists remove from your wesite's root directory. Then it will not be used for indexing by Google..

Go to the Google Webmaster Central, then remove your sites in google.com/webmasters/tools/
