Is there any way to Keep your WP community

I have a blog with a lot of users but most of them are never stay longer on my site because of the blog nature. Is there any plugin that can convert wordpress blog into a social community like facebook so I can keep my users on my blog as a network..

IMO, there isn't any, but I guess there was something that makes your blog into a forum etc.

 

I dont want a forum.. otherwise there are many ways to import/export wp data into a phpbb or vbulletin
