    Revenue doesn't have much of anything to do with age of site... Mostly traffic. If your new site has "huge" traffic, then yes.

    Some people do it quickly, but then again, they usually already have a gazillion followers on Twitter and Youtube and can kickstart something new right away.

    Attract visitors and even with a good new site you can earn huge revenue :)
    Learn good ways to attract traffic. Increase traffic constantly by doing guest posts, possibly even using YouTube marketing and social media. Traffic comes with hard work, but it's worth if you have good earnings per click.

    Pay attention to increasing the CTR, so optimize the pages for adequate CTR and that will increase profits!

    But, make sure you don't abuse any of their rules, study the terms carefully. They are known to kick some people out even for the slightest signs of non-compliance. Even if you're at "the edge" of their rules, they might band you without thinking.

    Huge Traffic, huge "tribes", huge number of followers, huge viral content and a huge reputation will help to make the huge income you want. The "little problem" is that those 5 "little" things are not built overnight... It usually takes years ;)

    Pretty much anything can be done with the right amount of money :p.

    Depends on the amount of traffic, the type of visitors, the niche, and the overall site itself. If you're just expecting google do to it for you, well then you're out of luck.
