Is there any way to get MSN to spider your site more regularly.

I'm #1 on MSN for my two favoured keywords, but the cache is dated 24/01. Now, if google visits every day and updates title descriptions on a daily basis, I was hoping MSN could do the same.

Is there any way to ensure more frequent spidering?

Dietary fiber can help with regularity. ;) Actually I found that as I increase the amount of pages on my site, that MSN spidering also will increase.

    1) Increase Backlinks
    2) Continue with site updates and adding additional unique content

If you can get back links from pages frequently visited by MSN , it will get to your site that often .
Try some reciprocal links and directories also .

MSNbot visits my site at least 3 times as much as googlebot.

googlebot visits my site at least 3 times as much as yahoo's robot.

It's usualy 2 - 3 days before pages are updated, for my site, in MSN search.

Just update your site regularly and msnbot will crawl your site regularly.
And if you can, make good backlinks (PR 4 5...)
