is there any way to find out whether a site is adsense-banned

    as far as i know a site with adsense-banned will not be accepted by google anymore if it has a new owner.
    my question is, before buying a website is there a way to find out whether a site is actually banned by google ?
    please note that we are talking about adsense banned action and not google indexed banned as i know how to check a site whether is indexed banned or not...

    Tell him to put an adsense code on the site. Use yours or any other adsense code :) You can see if it is banned or not in 10 mins max.

    That's true if they've been banned from adsense even if they sell it to you your ads won't show when you put your code on it. So even if they are getting 10k hits a day you won't make any money via adsense from it.

    There are two types of banning
    One is when the publisher is banned and the other is when the website is banned
    If the publisher has been banned due to using same name or address of a person already banned then the site is acceptable with another adsense account
    But if the site itself has been banned for invalid click activity then it cannot be used to display adsense ads ever again
