Is there any way to do this?

Can someone give me a little help and advice?

1- I'm using custom fields in a custom post type:

2- And I'm using these custom fields too:

At the moment, I need to check manually the 2nd custom fields, one by one.
Is there any way to automatically check the 2nd custom fields when the sitename is the same in 1st custom fields?

For the first custom posts (sitename.com) I'm using the plugin "Advanced Custom Fields".

Or do you think is better to create SQL query and run every time I want to update these data?
