I have a children's nursery webbsite that is no 5 for "nursery Bury St Edmunds" in organic Google search - it was no 2 until recently then suddenly fell - http://www.nurseryburystedmunds.co.uk/ My trouble is that is page 2 no H for the Google Maps enquiry "nursery bury st edmunds" and so is missing out on vital traffic. I have added categories, added a description 2 weeks ago (Google is still not showing description for some reason - why?) and added 10 photos. The nursery is 3 miles outside of Bury St Edmunds - is this the reason why it fares so badly? I cannot widen the location under Google Places as the customers go to them - they do not go to the customers. Is there anything else I should be doing to get the nursery listed on Google maps? Note that the nursery have NOT paid me to do a link building campaign - I have only been paid to design the website.
