Is there any value for de-indexed PR domain?

    I just use backorder to capture successfully a PR3 domain http://www.thenextlink.com
    However I found it is deindexed from google. Is there still any value?

    It seems quite common that pagerank gets dropped after an update with those names.

    If it was pr5 or pr6 than you could get high $xx - low $xxx, but depending on what the name is a pr3 is reg fee.
