Is there any trademark issue on this domain name?

    i just bought kidprozac dot com 2 weeks ago. It is a blog and planning to put up ads to it, my niche is personal, with a little of medical (soon)... do you guys think that there would be a problem regarding trademark issues?!

    get rid of it. use a generic name and this will also open you up to new drugs to write about as well.

    but can i still use the kidprozac name say... kidprozac.wordpress.com? now is there any conflict in doing such?

    use it, 90% chance they wont give a crap, if they do it'll be a cease and desist order first and you wont be in any trouble

    Somebody got a cease and desist order for using the brand name "Earthbox" in his webpage to describe his DIY self-contained growing system. I'd just make sure than you back up everything you have on the site just in case, 'cos you can't change just the domain name, except to forward it to another one.
