    I'm trying to find a tool which counts the searches per day/month for keywords on all major search engines like Google, Yahoo, Bing, Ask, etc.

    You should integrate Google analytics on your website/blog this will do everything that you want to know about your website's performance. Best thing about this is, its free to use.

    It can be done with your website stats, check how many visitors you are getting from a keyword from a particular search engine, compare the search engine with other search engines to get exact estimation.
